English:
We have been reading narratives with animal characters and looking at poetry. Students have written their own poems and will be creating a new narrative about family relationships and/or friendships for a familiar animal character.
Maths:
In maths this term, we have been learning about number facts for addition and subtraction, partitioning numbers into place value parts and how to interpret a calendar.
Science:
This term we are looking at the living world around us. We will be investigating the needs of living things and how they survive in their different habitats.
